A Bit About Lacretia...
My name is Lacretia Roberts and I am excited to have the opportunity to serve couples, families and individuals. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and I am currently a graduate student in a dual Marriage & Family Therapy (LMFT) and Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) program with a 4.0 GPA.
I have professional experience working with families dealing with trauma including physical and sexual abuse, homelessness, addiction, domestic violence, children with behavioral disorders, Autism, LGBTQIA issues, crisis & suicide prevention, and work with survivors of human trafficking.
While I remain a lifelong advocate of the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques as a basis for treating trauma, I am equally passionate about working with couples.
My approach involves engaging couples to collaborate with me to build positive change, connection and longevity in their relationship by establishing a powerful foundation of trust, honesty, commitment, and communication as they heal, process emotions and shed toxic habits. This involves a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Couples and Imago Relationship Therapies.
I am honored to work with you wherever you are in your journey.
